MASSAGE THERAPY IMPORTANT INFO:

Direct billing- Please read the direct billing information on my website to see the providers I direct bill to. If your provider requires a doctors referral, It is required that you submit that to them a week prior to your massage. A copy of your insurance benefit card and a valid credit card is required to be uploaded to your file in order to direct bill.

AESTHETICS IMPORTANT INFO:

At anytime during a Facial service, if I notice there is an ADD ON that I believe your skin could benefit from, I will let you know and we can determine together whether we want to add it on to your service or not. Also note that ALL products are customized to the clients based on their skin and goals.

POLICIES:

•Cancellation policy of 24 hour notice requirement. If the client does not provide 24 hours notice prior to their appointment they will be subject to pay a 50% service fee. No shows are subject to 75% cost of the appointment that was missed. These will be charged from the card on file.

•For aesthetic services, I ask that the client shows up to their appointment with no eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, or brow products) or face makeup as according to their service.

ARRIVAL INFO:

Please arrive on time or 5-10 minutes early, no earlier or no later. When you arrive, enter through the door next to Edward Jones labelled “building B to second floor”, you can use the elevator or stairs to access the space. Once you reach the second floor, go to door with the digital check in device. Check in using the iPad with your name and “MW Massage & Beauty Boutique”. You can also text me at 780-996-1904 once you arrived and I will come grab you! The bathrooms are on the left of the digital check in!

I Graduated from MacEwan University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy Program in 2022. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I was in the kinesiology program at MacEwan and U of A. Growing up, I played many sports and experienced a variety of injuries, which resulted in my interest in injury prevention, health and rehabilitation. I became a massage therapist because I always had an interest in the human body and the desire to help individuals with their emotional and physical wellbeing.

I also completed many beauty-related courses and schooling to become a certified skin therapist/ facialist and brow and lash esthetician. I believe every individual should grow to love themselves and feel confident in their own skin and beauty. I love helping my clients feel that. I am a huge advocator of self-love and love helping my clients feel confident in the services I provide.

I am very passionate about what I do and love to share my experiences and knowledge with my clients. I strive to create a safe, happy and relaxing therapeutic atmosphere to assist with every client’s need. I love to continue to learn new things that can be used to assist my clients in any way.

I have experience in treating a variety of massage clients such as athletes, geriatric individuals, pre & post-natal women, patients with neurological disorders, as well as those seeking stress and pain relief from their everyday lives. As well as experience with a variety of skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea, acne, aging skin and plenty more.

With my training, knowledge and keen listening skills, I believe I am able to create the best suited and most effective treatment plan tailored to your needs, expectations and goals. I would love to assist you on your wellbeing and self-love journey!
